I came across this easy pancake recipe on my Facebook feed a couple weeks ago and have been whipping this up almost every weekend! If you love bananas and cheap guilt-free recipes, then you need to try this now!
All you need for this three-ingredient pancake recipe are:
- 2x Eggs
- 1x Banana
- A dash of your favourite natural flavouring (I picked Vanilla extract but cinnamon or nutmeg powder works well too)
- Additional toppings: Agave nectar, chia seeds, berries or a dollop of greek yoghurt.
These make about four medium sized pancakes! I also decided to add some agave syrup and chia seeds to fuel me throughout the day.
